The decision to do the 30-day trial with Taleo Business Edition was very helpful… When I decided to do the 30-day trial with Taleo Business Edition, I committed to using the product exclusively for one month, and after that month period, I was definitely convinced that this was a superior tool and was exactly what we needed for our organization. We did do a self-implementation and we were really up and running in a matter of a few days. We were able to incorporate the website—our company website—with Taleo. And in terms of training, we used the TaleoTV to do most of our training. In retrospect, if I could maybe do one thing differently is that I probably would have chosen to invest in some of the additional training during our implementation process. In retrospect, looking back on our implementation process, because the tool is so robust and so comprehensive, I probably would’ve benefited from investing in some additional training during our implementation process.
